Mouthwatering Afghani Chicken Curry Recipe




Ingredients:

Sauce

2 small onion

1 ½ inch ginger

5 garlic cloves

2 green chilies

2 tbsp coriander

1 tbsp lime juice

3 tbsp water


Chicken

750-gm chicken

1 tsp salt

¾ tsp pepper

½ tsp garam masala

¾ tsp dried fenugreek

¼ tsp chaat masala

¼ cup plain yogurt


Gravy Base

3 tbsp cooking oil

2 tbsp blended sauce

¼ cup cream



Instructions:

1. Blend onion, ginger, garlic, green chilies, coriander, lime juice and water to prepare sauce to marinate chicken with

2. Mix chicken with salt, pepper, garam masala, dried fenugreek, chaat masala, plain yogurt, and blended sauce

3. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes

4. Fry in cooking oil for 12-15 minutes

5. Remove from heat and set aside

6. In a pan, add blended sauce along with cream and fried chicken

7. Cook for 15-20 minutes on low heat and stir occasionally

8. Ready to enjoy!
